Do I need to book my own accommodation and flights if attending a course outside my local region?

Yes. All accommodation and flight requirements are to be booked directly at your cost.

How do I cancel, transfer or postpone my booking?

You will need to confirm in writing to attain@lps.co.nz any cancellations, transfers or course postponement.

Is catering included at the training courses?

Yes, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea is provided for all courses. If you have any special dietary requirements please ensure you advise of these at the time of booking. Any changes please contact our Attain team at least two weeks prior to the course commencement at attain@lps.co.nz

How long does the course run each day?

The courses usually take place during standard business working hours 8.30am – 5pm. However for times relating to your specific course please get in touch with the LPS Attain team at attain@lps.co.nz

Do I need to bring any writing material or is this provided at the course?

Pens and course literature will be provided for you at the commencement for each course. Please note some courses have specific pre-requisite work which will be confirmed at your time of booking.
